Our independent living villas and apartments offer what we call a “Life Lease.” That means a reasonable up-front fee that varies based upon unit selection and size is required. The fee is 85% refundable upon release of residence. Then, for as long as you live at Water’s Edge, you only pay an easy and affordable and inclusive monthly fee.
